Shop 11 - E-mails problem

Hi everybody

I have a strange problem with Shop 11 after moving to a php 7.3 server ( I had Shop11 before at a lower php version)

I have 5 webshops, Same shop but in 5 different languages in the same directory. One of them, the version in French, has a strange problem;

All E-mails sent to me and the E-mails to my customers never arrives. I can see the E-mails in the list 'E-mails' in the shop dashboard on de server. Sometimes I get payment but have no idea for what order

There are two possibilities, the E-mails are in the list but not really sent or both are blocked by the provider, which would be strange, (this does not happen with the other four.)

It has happened in two cases on my Dutch version, but there were E-mails many to arrive normally.

Does anyone have had this happening also ?

Anyone ideas what goes wrong ?

I found the problem. The title of the mail in French is blocked by the provider, When I changed it in English, same text, is was ok

I have no idea why French is blocked in aphp 7.3 server Anyone ideas ?

I can read in German, writing in German is a problem

Doubtless you will use a special character like accent aigu, accent grave, accent circonflexe, cedille or similar?

Yes I think this is the problem. It was not with the older php version. 

But a warning of the provider would have been nice, it took me a lot of time to find the problem.
