First of all my writing in German is not good enough for this forum, so I shall use English instead, sorry about this

I have installed the version 11 of the Siquando-webshop program without any problem. (I am a user of many previous versions for a long time, version 10 before this one)

I tried to use the new Stripe payment system which is a Voll-Integrierten Service and I have opened a Stripe account, got the two API codes I need in the webshop program from Stripe, put them in the right places in the shop programm. But when testing it I got a HTML 500 error. I can not change anything besides the two API numbers so what is going wrong ? I tried it with different shops we use but with same result. I have different API codes for the different places / subdirectories and I can see it goes to the right subdirectory but nothing happens

I used the Paypal Voll-integrierter Service before in Version 10 and is was working in 5 minutes, not this one

Does anyone have the same problem ? Any ideas how to solve this ?

It could be, that Stripe first has to qualify Your account.

As I was starting using stripe few years ago, first they controlled my offered products and some were not allowed.

As I corrected that, my account was free to use.

Maybe that problem? Ask Stripe?

I sell paint for modeling and wargames, this should not be a problem with Stripe

The account was confirmed.

 It happens after you push the button on the the ' Zusammenfassung' page.

I can see it is trying to do something with the S2dsummery.php file and the you get; 

... webshop.nl is currently unable to handle this request.

Welche Version / Build nutzt Du, die 11.0.0.1143 ?
In der Release Version gab es einen Stripe Bug der mit dem aktuellen Build behoben wurde.

Ich kann den Fehler reproduzieren, unabhänging ob unter PHP 7.2, 7.3 oder 7.4:
Es läuft auf einen HTML 500 Error (leere weiße Seite s2summary.php nach Bestellabschluss), im Server Logfile wird dazu folgender Fehler ausgegeben:

Die angesprochenen Dateien/Ordner sind alle soweit auf dem Server vorhanden,
Support-Fall bei Siquando läuft bereits ... evtl. hat ein PHP-Experte noch eine Idee/Ansatz dazu?

Update: Es gibt nun einen Fix von Siquando damit funiktioniert der Seitenaufbau zu Stripe (sowohl im Sandbox Modus als auch im Echtbetrieb).
Wer Stripe nutzt und das Problem HTML 500 Error bzw. leere weiße Seite (s2summary.php) nach Bestellabschluss hat und nicht bis aufs nächste Update warten will/kann, sollte vorab seinen Fall bei Siquando einstellen.

I have moved everything to the newest server of the provider so it should work now but still it does not work ;-(

das Fix bekommst Du direkt von Siquando, es findet sich nirgends auf der Seite oder im Kundenkonto.
Du musst dazu einen Supportfall über Dein Kundenkonto bei Siquando eröffnen.
